Golden Rules for Formwork Matching
When using multiple concrete formworks on the same working surface, three principles must be followed:

Material Uniformity: Wooden formwork should not be mixed with steel formwork to avoid grout leakage at joints due to differences in expansion coefficients.

Size Compatibility: Prioritize formworks of consistent height; the height difference between misaligned sections should be less than 3mm.

Connection Reliability: Adjacent formworks must be secured with no fewer than 5 connectors, with a spacing not exceeding 60cm.

Precautions for Synchronous Construction
Special attention should be paid when multiple formworks are used in coordinated operations:

Pouring Sequence: Pouring corner areas first, then treating the flat areas.

Vibration Timing: The initial setting time difference of concrete in each formwork should be controlled within 20 minutes.

Support System: Shared support frames must undergo load-bearing capacity calculations to avoid local overload.

Common Problem Solutions
The following situations can be handled as follows:

Joint Leakage: Use a combination of double-sided tape and special sealant.

Formwork Displacement: Check the positioning dimensions every 30cm of pouring height.

Surface Color Difference: Control the demolding time within the range of 12-24 hours.
